Sharing Visions

What does the University of Stuttgart stand for? What is our vision and what goals do we want to pursue together? These and even more questions were asked by the university in a 2-year development process. At the end of this process, a new mission statement of the University of Stuttgart has been formulated. This includes a vision, strategic goals and operational measures.

Together with the more than 5,000 employees, the rectorate and the deans hope to pursue the new goals. Our task: to communicate the new mission statement to all employees in one medium.

We want employees to be more than just informed about the new mission statement – we want them to identify themselves with it. That is why we develop a concept in order to involve them in the process.

With a high-quality notebook, we combine information with participation. On fifteen pages, we explain the new mission statement and afterwards give the new owner enough space to note down ideas, thoughts and goals. As the university has many international employees we create the strategy notebook as a turnaround book with each a German and an English title.

In this important project, which has an impact on the entire university, we had the feeling of being understood from the very beginning in our cooperation with VISUELL.

The sender should be recognisable but not intrusive. We finish both titles with a subtle hot foil stamping in anthracite. A bookbindery produces for us all notebooks in high-quality carefully by hand.
